National companies have already discovered the advantages of locating in and around the Tremonton area. LA-Z-BOY Chair Company is just one of such companies which operates a manufacturing plant in the city.  Autoliv ASP has expanded operations into Tremonton.  This company specializes in automotive air-bag products and services.  Intertape Polymer Corp. is another who has located in Tremonton.  This is a shrink wrap/film tape company.  Recently, Malt-O-Meal Cereal Plant became operational in Tremonton as well.

A newly-developed industrial and business park offers advantages to those wishing to move to the state, or expand their current businesses.  The Tremonton Industrial and Business Parks have the advantage of easy access to all of the major north/south and east/west interstate trucking routes.  

Utah is known as the "crossroads of the west."  Tremonton is strategically located to take further advantage of that destinction.  The city is located on major rail and trucking routes and an international airport is located in Salt Lake City, about 70 miles to the south of Tremonton.
