NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - April 8, 2008 Date: Thursday, March 13 @ 08:39:55 Topic Planning Tremonton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on April 8, 2008, 102 South Tremont Street, 5:30 p.m., at which time public comment will be heard, and consideration given to a proposed zoning amendment to property located from 2000 West to 2300 West and 100 North to 600 North. Property is owned by Taylor Commercial Enterprises. Requested zoning amendment will change current zoning of Multiple Manufacturing-Distribution/Business Park (MD-B) to Highway Commercial (C-H). It is also proposed to change a portion of property to the west of West Liberty Foods and Millard Refrigeration from R1-10 to MD-B. Comments prior to the public hearing may be submitted to Tremonton City offices during normal business hours.
