All registrations are taken at the Tremonton City Offices 102 S. Tremont St.
**To save time at the City Office, please print off appropriate registration form, fill it out, and bring it in to register. 
**If your child has not played with the city before please print off and fill out the Family Agreement to Participate form.
**For the Adult Activities please print off  and fill out the Adult Activities Agreement to Participate form.
** A $5 late fee will be assessed on all late registrations. Late registrations are open for one week after the last day of registrations.
