Tremonton has a Mayor/City Council Government with an appointed Manager. There are five elected members and a Mayor on the Council who are setting the pace for Tremonton's future.
The City is a full-service city that takes pride in keeping taxes low while striving to keep city services at the highest standard possible. The city has its own services, including police, fire, ambulance, public works, cemetery, water/wastewater facilities, library, senior citizen/community center program, and all are committed to providing the city's residents with the best care possible.

The Tremonton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on September 23, 2014 to consider amending Title I Zoning Ordinance.
The Tremonton City Council will hold a Public Hearing on October 7, 2014 to consider selling 5 acres of City property to Crump Motors.
The Tremonton City Council will hold a Public Hearing on October 7, 2014 to consider amending the 2014-2015 Budget.
